Senior Executive - Sewing Maintenance

Join our team to oversee and optimize the operational performance of sewing-related machinery, ensuring seamless production and maintenance processes. Collaborating closely with engineering leadership, you will manage machine requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of equipment. Your role will involve analyzing breakdown records, implementing preventive measures, and conducting regular inspections to minimize disruptions. You will also lead training initiatives to uphold MAS standards, manage spare parts efficiently, and support new product developments through machinery modifications and programming. By aligning with TPM methodologies, you'll maintain machines in top condition and drive cost-saving projects.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
