Senior Software Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Take ownership of complex development projects from design to deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with Software Developers, Team Leads, Product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical decisions, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in software development, preferably in a senior development role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, databases, APIs, and web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments will be an advantage.
- Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
