Role Summary

Richard Pieris Finance Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and hardworking individual for the position of Executive / Senior Executive - Fixed Deposit Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and approving scanned documents uploaded to the system.
• Checking savings accounts related documents and verifying transactions system.
• Processing and transferring interest payments.
• Issuing visa letters, balance confirmations, and WHT confirmations.
• Verifying FD & Wakalah accounts in the system.
• Preparing documents for placement fees.
• Handling walk-in customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in fixed deposit operations in a reputed licensed finance company/bank.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the development of new deposit products is an added advantage.
• Literacy in IT and MS Office packages preferred.
• Experience in handling the Scienter System is an advantage.
