Role Overview

DirectFN is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join their technical team in Colombo. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing robust infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting both Linux and Windows server environments.
• Administering application servers including JBoss and WebSphere.
• Configuring and maintaining web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
• Handling database operations and maintenance using Oracle and SQL.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable system engineering role.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities with a proactive attitude toward learning.
