We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to support and drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and talent pipelines
• Screen applicants and maintain candidate databases
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
