Senior Tech Lead – DevOps

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Lead for DevOps to join our collaborative engineering team. In this role, you will work extensively with cloud technologies, CI/CD automation, and modern DevSecOps practices to drive engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps teams effectively.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment architectures.
• Manage system monitoring, performance management, and DevSecOps integration.
• Utilize automation tools to streamline infrastructure and deployment processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Over 7 years of professional experience within DevOps, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
• Proven leadership capabilities in a DevOps environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong command of Linux/UNIX environments and cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• An Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• DevOps certifications are considered a significant advantage.
