Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and talented person for our Technical department. The ideal candidate should be a person with an analytical and problem-solving mind with good inter-personal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Overlooking repair and maintenance of the Tea bagging Machines, Packeting Machine, Blending & Flavoring Machine, and Any Sorter, etc.
• Overlooking and Maintenance of the factory electrical system.
• Overlooking repair and maintenance of all general machines such as Generator, Compressor, Air conditioners, etc.
• Maintaining Occupational Health & Safety standards of the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications

• NDT / HND or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with minimum 02 years industrial experience.
• Good working knowledge of English and Sinhala, both writing and speaking.
• Sound knowledge of Electronics is essential.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards will be an advantage.
