Role Summary

dxdy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to spearhead technical strategy for full-stack development and AI-driven product solutions. This role is ideal for an expert who combines deep hands-on coding proficiency with the ability to integrate cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM capabilities into production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct technical strategy and provide mentorship to engineering teams.
• Architect and build high-performance, secure applications utilizing Node.js and Next.js.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS and GCP environments.
• Lead the implementation of AI/ML features and LLM integrations.
• Establish engineering standards through code reviews and best practice definitions.
• Partner with stakeholders and product managers to transform business needs into technical reality.
• Manage technical risks and oversee system scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 7 years of professional software development experience, including leadership roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Practical experience managing cloud services on AWS or GCP.
• Proven ability to implement AI use cases and integrate LLM services into software.
• Strong grasp of microservices, system design, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and team mentoring abilities.
