Role Summary

A dynamic role working with the Director to drive sales, aftersales strategy, and data analytics. Responsibilities include offer and report preparation, department administrative coordination, tender preparation, quotations, costing, updating the internal ERP system, and responding to foreign clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete offers in the form of Tender, Quotations, and Costings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage foreign client communication and obtain offers for available opportunities.
• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to support the sales and after-sales team.
• Update the organization's ERP system while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare business strategy reports with the Director using data analytics.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tender management.
• Prior experience in a tender or offer management team in the health sector is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Business Management.
• Completed GCE Advance Level in Science/Maths Stream.
• Excellent spoken and written English with attention to detail and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Age below 35 years.
