Senior Counsellor

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information, advice, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in Australian education institutions.
• Design a tailored and effective study plan according to student's individual situation.
• Follow up potential students and maximise the conversion of students submitting applications and finalising enrolments.
• Instruct students to prepare and complete documents for university or visa application.
• Liaison between students, parents, and education providers.
• Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET ex; Visa services, OSHC & OVHC & Professional Year.
• Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students.
• Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system.
• Other relevant student service duties.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in the international education or student counselling space (prior experience with overseas education/ education industry is essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and platforms.
