Role Summary

Fly Lanka, an Australian-based travel company, is expanding our team in Colombo 03. We are looking for a passionate professional ready to grow, learn, and make an impact in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue, Reissue, and Refund airline tickets
• Handle reservations, fare quotes, and ticketing
• Manage bookings and provide accurate travel solutions
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in airline ticketing
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS
• IATA qualification or any related course will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhala)
• Ability to work in Australian time frame
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A passion for travel and customer service excellence
