Senior Travel Consultant

Role Summary

Holiday Connex, a Colombo-based Boutique Travel Outlet, is seeking two dynamic Tour Executives or Senior Tour Executives for immediate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound travel requirements and auxiliary services for local and overseas clients.
• Customize and design tour packages, itineraries, and manage tour costing.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, agents, and local suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage social media platforms and digital promotions.
• Think and act out-of-the-box to exceed expectations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of travel industry experience.
• Sound knowledge of the travel industry, specifically regarding Sri Lanka.
• Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil is ideal; additional foreign languages are a distinct advantage.
