Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Supervising the service team
• Ensuring smooth restaurant operations during service
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the menu including ingredients and allergens
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times
