Role Summary
This is a role for an experienced Senior Web, Software & Digital Design Specialist to join an international team. You will work directly with SandS Australia initiatives, providing design and technical support across various sectors including construction, manufacturing, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain and improve company websites.
- Develop or update software, internet systems, integrations, and tools.
- Troubleshoot website, design and system issues.
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Manage SEO, Google Business Profile management, and website search performance.
- Support digital marketing content activities, including social media content and lead generation.
- Monitor website performance and report on changes and recommendations.
Requirements/Qualifications
- A capable builder with a combined problem-solving and self-directed approach.
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong web design, development, and maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in creating graphic designs, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Experience with SEO, social media, and Google Business Profile management.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with various platforms including WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

Salary/Benefits
- Base Salary Range: LKR 180,000 – LKR 250,000 per month.
- Total Fixed Monthly Remuneration: LKR 180,000 – LKR 250,000.
- Total Annual Remuneration: LKR 2,160,000 – LKR 3,000,000.
