Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic growth.
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines and answer engines.
• Conduct keyword and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI overviews, voice search, and other SERP features.
• Use tools to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with SEO, AEO, and AI search trends and algorithm updates.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in SEO and AEO, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven search.
• Experience optimizing for featured snippets, voice search, and AI answer engines.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• A passion for staying ahead of the curve in search and AI technologies.
