We are looking for guest-focused, reliable, and hardworking Waitstaff / Servers to join our Front-of-House team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requirements to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear and set tables while maintaining dining area cleanliness.
- Handle payments accurately and operate the POS system.
- Assist with maintaining stock levels and hygiene standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good educational background.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar restaurant service role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a Chinese restaurant will be an added advantage.
