Bodyshop Service Advisor

Join our growing Aftersales team and play a key role in supporting Electric Vehicle (EV) operations across Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions from vehicle reception to final delivery.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Coordinate body repair, paint, detailing, and quality inspection processes.
• Manage insurance claim coordination and documentation.
• Monitor repair progress, turnaround times, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with technicians, spare parts teams, insurance companies, and customers.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Body Shop Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership or reputed body repair facility.
• Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint processes, and repair estimation.
• Experience handling insurance claims and customer coordination.
• Knowledge of EV repair processes and safety requirements will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Valid driving licence.
