The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop operations and ensure high-quality repair and maintenance services.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Manage technicians and allocate work efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service on time.
• Maintain workshop productivity and comply with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

Successful Applicant's Profile

• Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an automobile workshop or dealership environment.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and the ability to prepare service reports.
• Valid Sri Lankan driving license will be an added advantage.

Salary/Benefits

The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
