Role Summary

Rentokil Initial is the largest pest control and hygiene services company in the world. In Sri Lanka, Rentokil established in 1981 and is one of the pioneer Pest Control Service providers offering environmentally friendly solutions to the control of pests to the industrial, commercial and residential segments in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all pest control services carried out at client premises.
• Conduct client visits to promote and expand pest control services.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution.
• Oversee technician attendance and prepare monthly incentive reports.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience.
• Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education.
• Excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
