The Role

• Overseeing production operations and ensuring efficiency during assigned shifts.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems within the factory.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Leading and supervising technical staff during shifts.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment performance.

The Profile

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or factory industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a Shift-based environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
