Executive - Shipping & Logistics

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage import/export shipping documentation and processes
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwards, and customs agents
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Prepare and verify bills of lading, invoices, and shipping schedules
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams on shipment status
- Other required day to day works
Requirements
- Female candidates only, age between 25 - 35 years
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping/logistics (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Business Management, or related field
