Key Responsibilities.

• Manage the showroom's overall performance, set sales targets, in store merchandising, market development activities, and customer service. 
• Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
• Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times.

Requirements 

• Passed G.C.E A/L (All three subjects)
• Professional qualification in SLIM / CIM / or Marketing related qualification from a reputed insitition or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management.
• Minimum of 5 yeras of experience in Sales and Marketing in the same industry or in related industries such as Hardware, FMCG and Retail A  dynamic and results- oriented individual. 
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
• Age below 45 years old.
