Showroom Manager
Company: Rathna Traders
Leading hardware items distribution company situated in Makola, Kiribathgoda is seeking a detailoriented and proactive showroom manager to oversee showroom operations and support customer service and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Grow: Drive sales targets and implement strategies to grow revenue.
- Manage Team: Lead, supervise and motivate the showroom team to achieve performance goals.
- Customer Focus: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a showroom or retail manager (hardware industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hardware tools, building materials, and related products
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Good inventory management and merchandising skills
- Proficient in MS Office and POS/inventory software (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field (preferred)
