What You Will Do

• Assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Demonstrate products and explain features, prices and warranties
• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales
• Prepare quotations, invoices and process orders
• Maintain showroom presentation and daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales and helping customers
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Responsible, punctual and organized
• Willingness to work at either location based on roster
• Previous showroom / retail sales experience is an advantage

Employment Details

• Employment: Full-Time
• Locations: Mattakkuliya, Ja-Ela
• Working Days: Mon – Fri (Rostered). Weekend availability is required
• Language: Sinhala & English required. Tamil is an advantage
