Position: Sales Officer - Show Room (Nawala)

We are a subsidiary of one of Sri Lanka’s leading electrical manufacturing and distribution companies, and we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following position. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Promote and explain Polychrome full range of electrical products (conduits, casings, switches, fans, etc.).
• Provide technical/product information to customers and assist them select suitable products.
• Handle sales transactions, invoicing, and cash/credit handling.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
• Support after-sales service and customer follow-up.

Key Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
• Previous experience in showroom sales or customer service (preferably in the electrical/hardware industry).
• Applicants residing in Nawala, Nugegoda, Boralesgamuwa, or surrounding areas will be given preference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle billing systems.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and a team player.
