Sales Executive - Showroom Based

Role Summary

Sterling Automobiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a leading automotive service provider in Sri Lanka, established in 2007. The company specializes in a wide range of services, including vehicle repairs, servicing, collision repairs, auto detailing, automobile first aid, and wheel alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell vehicles and related products to customers.
• Handle walk-in customers and provide product information professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare basic sales documentation and reports.

Requirements

• A Diploma or related qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage, but fresh graduates and school leavers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in automobiles and sales.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
• This role is only responsible for showroom sales operations.
