Requirements / Qualifications

• NDT / HND / NCT / NVQ or any equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years experience in building Project site Management.
• Excellent Knowledge and Hands-on Experience in Finishing Works Supervision.
• Strong Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure with Minimum Supervision.
• Knowledge of Material Planning, Quality Control and Site Progress Monitoring.
• Good Knowledge of site practices, construction methods and safety standards.
