Site Quantity Surveyor
Company: Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd
Primary Objective:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Quantity Surveyor to support cost monitoring and quantity measurements for road construction projects. The candidate will assist in managing site-based financial operations and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take off quantities and prepare interim payment applications
- Measure work completed on-site
- Assist in preparing variation claims
- Monitor material usage and project costs
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- BSC / HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Experience in road construction projects preferred
- Good knowledge of measurement methods and BOQ preparation
- Strong numerical and reporting skills
- Ability to work on-site
