The Property Sector of John Keells Holdings PLC is looking for a dynamic individual to take part in the challenge of building high-rise constructions with modern technology and state-of-the-art designs.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Fluently using a total station for precise measurements.
• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Carrying out setting out work for various construction activities, including all finishing tasks.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site surveying, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Establishing Temporary Benchmarks (TBMs) as needed.
• Proficient in using Total Stations.
• Accurately establishing grid lines and floor finish levels.
• Providing site levels as required.
• Supplying concrete levels as needed.
• Coordinating with the design team and drafters to create shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Providing site measurements to support work completion.
