Site Engineer

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in building construction.
• Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and materials.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Technical Officer

• Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology.
• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in construction projects.
• Ability to prepare site measurements and basic drawings.
• Familiar with BOQs, shop drawings, and site coordination.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Safety Officer

• Diploma in Construction Safety & Occupational Health by CIDA.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in construction site safety.
• Sound knowledge of CIDA safety guidelines, risk assessments, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to conduct toolbox meetings, site safety inspections, and safety training.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Quantity Surveyor – Trainee

• NVQ 4.
• Knowledge of English.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and internet mail.
