Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Petty Cash: Handle petty cash operations, issue payments, collect money, and issue receipts.
• Ensuring Accountability: Maintain proper records and ensure accurate cash settlement and reporting.
• Strengthening Internal Controls: Follow procedures to minimize risks and prevent errors or discrepancies.
• Supporting Operations: Meet operational requirements and support the smooth running of departments.
• Maintaining Compliance: Ensure proper segregation of duties and adhere to internal policies and financial discipline.

Requirements

• Integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
