SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLER / DIGITAL CONTENT EXECUTIVE

A well-established and diversified business group based in Anuradhapura is seeking a talented, creative, and results-driven individual to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer reach.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and customer engagement activities in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and related digital tools.
• Excellent content writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Ability to create and edit graphics, photos, and short-form videos.
• Strong understanding of analytics, audience growth, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Mandatory Requirement

Applicants must provide visible proof of previous work and achievements, including:

• Portfolio of social media pages/accounts managed.
• Screenshots or reports demonstrating audience growth, engagement, reach, or campaign results.
• Examples of content, advertisements, reels, videos, or campaigns personally created and managed.
