Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Executive digital marketing campaigns by creating posts, reels, videos and promotional content.
• Drive Leads by Executing high-performance paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Leverage AI by implementing AI-driven tools to automate prospecting and optimize targeting.
• Boost Enrollments by bridging the gap between digital engagement and student admissions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media lead generation.
• Deep expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging ad platforms.
• A "tech-first" mindset (experience with AI marketing tools is a major plus).
• Obsession with conversion metrics and ROI.

What We Offer

• 40,000 LKR Salary + Sales Commissions
• Mon – Fri | 9:30am – 5pm
