Marketing Executive – Social Media Handling (Female)

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Female Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content.
• Coordinate ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
• Organize exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, media agencies, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, brochures, and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support the sales team with promotional activities and branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (Fresh graduates with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with a passion for branding and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
