We are looking for a motivated Intern to join the Baticaalou team and learn by doing. This is a hands-on internship where you will work alongside our team on real products and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & explore — look into new ideas, tools, and approaches.
• Support delivery — pitch in on day-to-day tasks that keep moving and things get done.
• Learn the AI workflow — get comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Solve problems — bring fresh thinking and a willingness to figure things out.
• Document & organise — keep work clear, tidy, and easy to pick up.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A genuine eagerness to learn and try new things, even when unfamiliar.
• Willingness to be hands-on.
• Comfortable with digital tools.
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to work in Baticaalou.
• Good communication in English (written and spoken).
• A can-do attitude.
• Software development knowledge is advantageous (e.g., Python, JavaScript, web apps, or databases).
