REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including proven experience in a Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in technical planning, solution design, system architecture, and software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, databases, APIs, Git, and contemporary software development tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, software architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in code review, technical review, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, guide, and develop software engineering teams.
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions, development plans, and actionable tasks.
• Experience in estimating development effort, planning resources, managing priorities, and monitoring task delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and solution-oriented capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and drive solutions from requirement analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for technology, process, and product improvements.
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application to the business.
