Software Engineer

Role Overview

Rightmo Web Solution is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to our expanding technical team. This role focuses on developing scalable web applications within an innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications.
• Handle API integrations, authentication, and server-side rendering.
• Optimize application performance and manage server-side deployments.
• Design and optimize database schemas.
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional background.
• At least 3 years of experience in web application development.
• Deep technical knowledge of PHP (Laravel) or Next.js.
• Strong database skills involving MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL options like MongoDB or Redis.
• Competency with Git, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with application architecture and production-level troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of React.js is a bonus.
• Prior experience in leadership or mentoring roles is preferred.
