Vacancies for Sous Chefs & Commis Chefs at Dambulla & Passikudah

Our company is well established a registered and licensed travel agent, tour operator is looking for a dynamic, result oriented, self-motivated person to take up the following position and be a part of our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
• Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.
• Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels & other departments.
• Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge in relevant field.
• More than 3 years' experience in relevant positions.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English & Sinhala languages
• Willingness to work late hours, weekends when necessary
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
