Job responsibilities – Kitchen Staff
- Eastern & western foods (Fine dining preparations & presentation is essential) with the Set menu & Ala carte meal preparations.
- Maintain food quality standard, presentation & cost control, hygiene in the relevant departments.
- Maintain proper stock & purchasing practice for above all positions.
Requirements
- Age below 50 years.
- Minimum 03 years and above experience in similar role.
- Problem solving skills and proactive practice to addressing client needs.
SENIOR RECEPTIONIST /RECEPTIONIST - Female Only
- Age below 35 years.
- Diploma qualification or Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum 02 years and above experience as Receptionist in a star class hotel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS office applications & PMS.
