Key Responsibilities / Requirements

Lead, motivate & Supervise the Culinary team to achieve high standards of food quality & presentation
Monitor Food Costs, Portion controlled, Wastage & inventory levels
Minimum 5 years of experience within a reputable Hotel or Restaurant
