Spa Therapist cum Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments and therapies to guests.
• Ensure guests receive a friendly, relaxing, and personalized spa experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the spa and assigned areas.
• Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas as required.
• Ensure all spa equipment, products, and housekeeping supplies are properly maintained.
• Follow company standards, health and safety procedures, and hygiene practices.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Support the team with other operational duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist and/or Housekeeping staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic spa treatments and massage techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
