Role Summary

Join the MJF Charitable Foundation's Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy and other Developmental Disorders, supporting children with diverse abilities through specialised, holistic therapy in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy for children.
• Create, monitor and review individual therapy programmes with the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, medical staff and special educators.
• Keep current with paediatric speech and language therapy practices.
• Guide parents and caregivers on home strategies.
• Maintain accurate therapy records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• SLMC & SLSP registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for enhancing the quality of life for children with special needs.
• Tamil language skill would be an added advantage.
