Role Summary

We require a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual to be a part of the Spensonian family.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Qualification from a recognized professional accounting entity (CA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical, analytical, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with AI and digital capabilities will have a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the hotel’s Finance function and preparing monthly/quarterly reports.
• Liaising with external auditors and finalizing financial statements.
• Preparing annual budgets/forecasts as per the Group’s guidelines.
• Managing the hotel’s cash flows and treasury.
• Handling direct/indirect tax-related matters.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies.
• Generating MIS Reports.
