The Role
- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Prepare bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Assist with order wise budgeting and cost control
- Monitor material consumption and production Order-related expenses
- Verify supplier and customer invoices
- Handle cash flow, payments and petty cash
- *Assist with tax and statutory reporting
The Ideal Candidate
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
- Strong Business Development and Commercial Management skills
- Minimum 3-4 years' relevant industry experience
- Previous experience in the coir based product Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software / ERP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
