EDITH FMCG Distributors Pvt Ltd, a leading force in fast-moving consumer goods distribution, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative finance professional to join our dynamic team in Nittambuwa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including preparation of annual financial statements, monthly budgets, forecasts, and special financial reports, etc.
• Assist in financial reporting, auditing, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Manage company tax matters and act as the company representative to relevant tax authorities (IRD).
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning, sales / business promotional activities, and operational initiatives.
• Support branch audits and contribute to business promotional activities.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring effective delegation of tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Finance Management, Accounting, or Business Administration is essential; an MBA from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualification/membership (CASL / CIMA / ACCA) is required, with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit expertise in one of the biggest firms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multiple projects or distribution networks.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in handling payments, negotiating financial terms, and maintaining follow-up processes.
• Ability to supervise, appraise, and guide team members.
