Role: Accountant

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, SSCL, WHT, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice verification and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and support financial reporting processes.
• Oversee fixed asset registers, inventory records, and periodic reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits through proper documentation and controls.
• Monitor company vehicle expenses, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
