Steel Structures Detail Engineer
Role Summary
Are you passionate about structural design and detailing? We're looking for a Detail Engineer to join our growing team specializing in steel structure design and detailing for major infrastructure and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models for steel structures using AutoCAD and Tekla Structures.
- Assist in the design coordination with structural engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Review fabrication drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with design specifications.
- Support the preparation of bill of materials (BOMs) and shop drawing documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in steel detailing or structural drafting (fresh graduates may apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Tekla Structures or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
