Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the daily operations of the Kitchen department.
• Ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food & beverage service areas.
• Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and operational efficiency.
• Supporting the smooth functioning of daily operations by maintaining exceptional service standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or a similar role within the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Operational Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, food safety, hygiene standards, and the proper handling of kitchen equipment and chemicals.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams.
• Organizational Skills: A structured and professional approach to prioritizing kitchen tasks and maintaining quality standards.
• Professional Qualifications: A qualification in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
