Role Summary

NativeWay is a leading Engineering & MEP solutions provider. We are seeking a proactive Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our stores department, including receiving, issuing, storing, and maintaining engineering materials, spare parts, and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities, including stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and safe while following proper storage practices.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing, Projects, and Customer Support Service teams to facilitate timely material issuance and deliveries.
  • Support documentation, goods receiving notes (GRNs), stock transfers, material requests, and other stores-related administrative activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Stores Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, stores documentation, and warehouse procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
