Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all records and documentation relevant to the warehouse contemporaneously.
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
• Communicate the stock status to relevant stakeholders on timely basis.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Ensure thorough compliance to FIFO/FEFO with regard to issues.
• Be in charge of all the stocks in the warehouse.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Coordinate the handling of forklift, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
• Manage Store helpers and assigned related tasks for the stores helpers.
• Ensure all the stored good are methodically arranged and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Load and unload lorries with effectively and timely.
• Ensure SOPs are maintained and followed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Stores/ Warehouse management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment, or a similar role.
• Sound knowledge in inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Good understanding of GMP, Quality, and ESH requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Candidates residing in or around Panadura are preferred.
